Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NoCam Club (nocamclub.com). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: @nocamclub_bot on Telegram.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or Telegram. One person, one account — multiple accounts to collect free credits are not allowed.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Credits

• Generations cost credits. The price is shown before you start.
• If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance.
• Free or bonus credits have no cash value and may expire. Credits can’t be transferred between accounts.

What you upload and create

• Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use. Don’t upload images of other people without their consent, and never of minors.
• Not allowed: sexual content involving real people, content involving minors, impersonation meant to deceive, harassment, hate, violence, or anything illegal. AI providers may refuse a request; we may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
• You keep the rights you have in your uploads. You may use the results you create, subject to these terms and the law. We need a licence to store and process your files to make your generations — that’s all we use them for.
• AI results can be imperfect or unexpected. Check them before you publish.

Scenes and creators

Scenes are made by creators. Creators are responsible for their scenes and prompts; we may review, change or remove scenes that break these terms.

Service

We work to keep NoCam Club running, but it’s provided “as is”: features, models and prices can change, and outages happen. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using NoCam Club and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms — for example fraud, abuse or multiple accounts.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
