Privacy Policy

NoCam Club (“we”, “us”) turns your photos into AI-generated scenes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: @nocamclub_bot on Telegram.
What we collect
- Account details from the service you sign in with — Google (name, email address, profile picture) or Telegram (name, username, profile picture, Telegram user id). We never see your passwords.
- Photos and videos you upload as references, the prompts you write, and the images and videos we generate for you.
- Credits and payments: your credit balance and the history of top-ups and spending. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
- Sign-in and security data: IP address and network, approximate country, browser and device information, and a device cookie. When you claim the welcome bonus we also check your browser (a fingerprint of how it draws and what it runs on) and may show a Cloudflare human check — we keep only a one-way hash of the fingerprint.
- Invites: if you arrived by someone’s invite or creator link, we remember whose — to reward them and to pay creators a higher share for buyers they bring.
Why we use it
- To run your account and make the generations you ask for.
- To keep your credits and history in order.
- To prevent fraud and abuse — for example one person farming free credits with many accounts. Sign-in and security data is used for this purpose only.
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and file storage.
- AI generation providers that run the models you choose (such as Snapgen, KIE.ai and WaveSpeed, and the model makers behind them). They receive your prompt and reference files only to make that generation.
- Google and Telegram — when you sign in with them.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to recognise your device for fraud prevention, and to remember whose invite link you followed (for 30 days). These cookies are necessary for the service; we don’t use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Your account data, generations and credit history are kept while your account exists. Uploaded reference files are kept only as long as needed to provide the service. Sign-in and security records are kept for up to 12 months. When you delete your account we delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to @nocamclub_bot on Telegram and we’ll answer within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
